Melanie Moore, Managing Partner
Melanie Moore has 20 years of experience working with non-profit organizations, ranging from international aid and refugee assistance organizations, to small local non-profits helping targeted communities. She has raised more than $4 million for her diverse clients through grant writing, donor cultivation, and fundraising events. She has also spearheaded several social marketing campaigns to promote the good work of her clients, and expand their client, donor, and volunteer base. Melanie is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and holds a Masters Degree in International Development and Economics from American University.
Kandice Johns, Partner
Heading up our Maui office, Kandice has 16 years of experience working with non-profit organizations throughout the state of Hawai‘i. She has an extensive background in fundraising, donor development, volunteer management, and program and event marketing that has helped to bolster the success of her clients. She has also worked with one of Hawai‘i's leading social investment firms, where she was able to further build and strengthen the capacity of local nonprofit organizations to create measurable change in the areas of renewable energy, waste reduction and local agriculture. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Claremont McKenna College and holds an MBA from the University of Hawai‘i Shidler College of Business.
